Why This Book Matters to All Christians

Everywhere you look, Christians are sick, rushing to doctors, filling prescriptions, and hoping for relief. But this is not God’s way! The diabolical lie – that medicine and doctors are gifts from God – has misled even the elect of the Church, and most Christians have sadly embraced a counterfeit healing system.     God got me through my chemo. I also received prayer and anointing for healing. Problem with that?

      Chris, thanks for asking a very important question – even though that is a question for Yahweh and Yeshua. Scripture as written in the original language will respond with a strong “no.” As I explain in my book, if you were prayed over and anointed, then you only received a portion of the prescription James wrote. Would you have been healed if you had only taken half of your Chemotherapy? If Naaman had only bathed 4 times in the Jordan River instead of 7, would he have been healed of his leprosy? God’s prescription are detailed for a reason- and must be obeyed as written. I expected my patients to do the same.

      Chris, the issue is not about healing as much as what Yahweh commands his children to do when sick. It is about obedience – hearing and doing what our Sovereign God requires to be sanctified- so we can spend eternity with His family instead of Satan’s. If we do only part of what He commands, then seek another way to be healed, we aren’t demonstrating very much trust in His promises. He makes it clear that if we do as commanded in James 5:14-18, we will be saved, forgiven, and lifted up. We may even be supernaturally healed physically. Ask yourself and tell Yeshua your answer. Why didn’t you trust his promises? I suspect, based on my experience, you trusted the diagnosis, prognosis, and doctors’ prescriptions more than the word of Yahweh.

      You aren’t alone. We were all deceived by pharmakeia.

      Water over the dam. You are alive and can repent of what you chose. That is a blessing. Yeshua said, “Go and sin no more or something worse may happen.” Believe that.
